“We needed a place to stay for 2 weeks because we were in the middle of a move. This was a great spot! Beautiful property, amazing hosts, and very chill. ”

“Do not let the description fool you. It’s way worse than what the 3.4/10 rating implies. The description on the site is about 40% accurate. This is not your typical apartment rental. When they say “owner may be on premises” they actually mean, “owner lives above the apartment”. Which wasn’t the biggest issue. There is NO TV, NO Laptop work area because there is no internet. Also the cell service is spotty at best, and cut off about a half mile away from the property. So if something went……

“We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect - nicely secluded and yet just a short drive to downtown. My daughter loved the nook and we had a blast sitting on the balcony and looking at the stars. Next time we visit Durango we'll definitely be hoping the room is available!”

“Great location and it had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, fans around the apartment for air flow, great outdoor space. The only thing I could say is that you may hear a little noise from upstairs, if you’re a really light sleeper it might bother you a bit. We would absolutely stay here again! ”
