“We stayed here for 2 nights after being at the Hot Springs resort. It was perfect for the two of us! Spacious, clean and comfy! Trish was a great host - we didn't need to contact her, she sent us the code to get in and everything else went smoothly! Great location, just a mile or so outside of downtown. Beautiful view. Highly recommend!”

“The light bulbs in the unit were a VERY cool temperature - similar to what you see in factories (Daylight). I went to WalMart and purchased soft white (3000 degrees Kelvin) bulbs and used those during my stay. Would recommend using those in the future - replaced the original bulbs when I departed. I worked in the lighting industry for 40 years so I understand the value of good lighting! ”

“Neaux Better Place is a beautiful location and close to town, very easy to find. We did a lot of sightseeing locally and drove to Ouray and South Fork, CO. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We found this wonderful Honeyville company near Durango. The honey is delicious. We enjoyed our time in Pagosa Springs and at Neaux Better Place.”

“The condo was just right for me and my husband and our little dachshund. It was clean except for the carpet had some stains. The condo was in a good area. Love the walking paths around the condo. The only draw back is there was no air conditioning and afternoons were hot. But overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“Overall, our stay good. Normally it would be a great location; downtown, close to resturants, but the street just outside of the apartment was torn up and the access was made more difficult. The other things that were not ready were the sheets were piled on the bed, and it was not made up, In addition, the tv remotes did not work. First, it was the one in the living room and after it was fixed the one in the bedroom quit working. ”
