“Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen……

“Excellent locations, especially for Colorfast activities at park and easy close access to downtown. Also great for being next to river and walking around river walk. Only thing to note is this is a 3rd story condo, so be aware if with elderly or physical limitations. About 40 steps up, short steps with multiple landings we had no issues with.”

“Perfect location... walking distance to all of downtown. It was on the 3rd floor which may be an issue for some but made the view all that much better. Communication was great! Had snacks for us and refrigerator had all kinds of condiments and cupboards had some spices as well as other items. Definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!!!”

“Absolutely GLORIOUS!!! This VRBO was our all-time favorite EVER, and we only stay in VRBOs, so that says a lot! Every window has a fantastic view. The property was fully stocked with all the necessities. We have shown pictures to everyone we know. They will be booking, and we will be back! The privacy, view, and cool breeze on the back deck are priceless!”
