“My teenage son and I rented this condo for spring break 2025. It met our needs well and we enjoyed our stay, both in this particular unit and in Pagosa Springs in general. The unit seemed very clean and was equipped with everything that you normally expect in a vacation rental. I appreciate that it was stocked with enough paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. to last through our stay. The location is super convenient, especially being close to a (nice) Walmart.
