“Overall, our stay good. Normally it would be a great location; downtown, close to resturants, but the street just outside of the apartment was torn up and the access was made more difficult. The other things that were not ready were the sheets were piled on the bed, and it was not made up, In addition, the tv remotes did not work. First, it was the one in the living room and after it was fixed the one in the bedroom quit working. ”

“There is road construction through town but it did not take away from the charm or beautiful surroundings. It made walking easier too because the traffic is slow and alllows for crossing the roads. The side walks are still accessible too.”

“Ours was a girls’ trip, and this couldn’t have been better. The babbling river is steps from the back door for walks, sitting on benches, or just enjoying the sound from an open window. The condo was immaculate, though the pillows have gotten rather flat & could use replacing. Great kitchen, comfy living room, perfect location for all we wanted to do. I’ve already recommended this one to friends.”

“The location of the place was perfect being next to the river and a little outside of town. The towels in the home were a little worn down and had some bleach spots of them. There was also patches of paint everywhere but it was set up nicely for us to be there for a little weekend away. Will definitely consider this place for our next time in Pagosa! ”

“My parter and I stayed here for a weekend, it was great! The condo was clean, and everything we were hoping it would be. In addition to the space itself being super nice overall, we were impressed at how well stocked it was. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed to make it easy. Would highly recommend and would definitely consider staying here in the future!”

“The rental was the perfect size and just as described. Being close to the river was a big bonus. The walk to downtown Pagosa Springs and hot springs was so convenient. All the beds were very comfortable and the house had all the basics we needed.The two cons were the downstairs shower didn’t drain (we told the management about it) and whoever stays in the upstairs main bedroom should not be a light sleeper. The person upstairs wakes up early and has a heavy foot. ”
