“Loved this property and would go back. However, we didnt have any idea where in the building to enter nor which doors which codes went to. I put this more on Expedia than the property itself however as I assume this is Expedia not passing along pertinent details. Within the building there were multiple coded doors. We just kept trying the code until we found a door it worked on. Downtown is under major construction so that might kill the vibe for some people, but we thoroughly enjoyed our……

“We loved the condo! And loved having access to the outside from the downstairs bedroom. It was nice to walk directly to the river and to look out and enjoy watching the deer. The condo was just as pictured, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We will stay here again if in the area.”

“We had a great stay in Pagosa Springs. This cozy condo was perfect for our weekend. Right on the main drag near all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Riverwalk and hot springs. Exactly as advertised. Reasonably priced and the reserved parking spot behind the building made it very convenient. Would definitely recommend!”

“This is a great condo right on the San Juan river. We could walk to town, fish, and if the river had been flowing normal we would have done some tubing. The condo was great, nice furnishings and the kitchen was well stocked. We plan to go back.”
