“Window blinds very dusty. Window screens dirt and debris. Wasp nests in bbq and above door of master on view decks. Supplies and baths were clean. Extra bedroom mattress very uncomfortable and bedding would it stay on the mattress, causing sleepless nights.Upon entering the unit, we weren’t aware of 40 steps. And upon entering the unit door the entry stair smelled of cat urine. ”

“This condo served us well for a three generation family vacation. For the family members interested in skiing, it is an easy drive up the pass to Wolf Creek, and for the family members just looking to relax it is spacious, comfortable, well furnished and clean. Only a couple blocks on quiet streets connect to a lovely RiverWalk paved trail into downtown Pagosa springs for shopping and a visit to the hot springs. We very much enjoyed our stay here!”

“Great location, nice hot shower, comfortable bed! There were a few kitchen items that were hard to use due to them being broken or well used; the fireplace struggled a little bit too. Everything else was great!”

“Wonderful property. We liked that it was close to downtown. Communication was on point. Property was well equipped, spacious, and nice. We had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

In addition to the space itself being super nice overall, we were impressed at how well stocked it was. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed to make it easy. “The location of the place was perfect being next to the river and a little outside of town. The towels in the home were a little worn down and had some bleach spots of them. There was also patches of paint everywhere but it was set up nicely for us to be there for a little weekend away. Will definitely consider this place for our next time in Pagosa! ”
