“We have very positive feedback for the homeowner but problems with Vacasa. For the homeowner; the condo was a welcoming space with furnishings in good condition and attention to making it homey and aesthetic. To Vacasa; The thermostat and fireplace was broken when we arrived. There was no heat! We were not told in advance that there was no cell service. After driving a mile down the road we called to ask for help about the heat. The agent brushed the problem off by insisting it was a thrown……

“This property was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. It's near the slopes and within walking distance of equipment rental and dining options. It's hiking distance to shops. If you are a homebody, you can watch the ski slopes out your window and read a book on a comfy nap couch. ”

“Our stay was amazing! This condo is situated just a few blocks from the Bavarian restaurant next to lift 4. So, extremely easy access to the mountain. The condo has everything you could ask for on a ski trip. Best part was the view of kachina Peak from the front deck. Would definitely book again! ”

“We were disappointed by the 3 flights of stairs we had to go up ; condo by the exit & hearing all the foot traffic. Heat did not work in the main area. The drainage in the bathtub from a shower was very poor. Hardly any hot water for a family of 4 & hardly any internet connection wapoorshowers”

“Location cannot be beaten, especially if your kids are in Ski school which is supeelr close. Not exactly ski in-ski-out, but only a 5-mun walk to the main lift. When we arrived the unit was clean and ready, but the front door was wide open. The front window pane was fully cracked, which was an obviously needed repair, but what was stranger was that the refrigerator door handle was completely missing and we found it on top of the fridge where a previous visitor had broken it off but it had not……

“This was our second time staying in the bear room and it was amazing. The room is centrally located in town which makes venturing out nice. The room has a full kitchen which we take full advantage of making meals and keeping groceries stocked. ”

“The condo was nice. Coffee makers did not work. Drip coffee maker needs replaced and K cup coffee maker as well. The key lock draped over the door knob needs removed, door is hard enought to open and close with that in the way. Text messenging was handy ”

“The condo is great. Short walk to the lifts. Vacasa however was an epic fail! We had a coffee maker and a tv remote that weren't working. Called Vacasa about both, they took our # and said someone would call soon. Had to unplug the TV to shut it off and manually pour boiling water through the coffee maker. Not a big deal but the lack of response was not good. If I owned this property I would dump Vacasa. ”

“Incredibly convenient to Lift 4, Kachina Peak, and the Bavarian! (We were able to avoid the base area parking, but easily able to navigate the mountain - even with late- season conditions.) Amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Comfortably fit four adults. Convenient gas fireplace. Quiet neighborhood (again, late-season). Note: Unit is on the top/third floor - it helped to have four of us carrying things to/from the car.”

“Great little studio, nice layout, views, easy to walk into village and slopes. Had nice ski storage and walk out to slopes was only about 1 minute. Building was also very secure. Condo above us had guests arrive on our last night - they were loud and noisy.”

“We were looking for a place to stay to be able to hike Wheelers Peak. This was the perfect location. We were within walking distance to the stores and restaurants.The property was very clean and quiet. We had our dogs with us and it worked perfectly. We would love to come back in winter and stay here again”
