“The unit was larger than expected and nicely furnished. The view out the back was nice, with deer wandering by often. Everything you could possibly want during a stay were available in the closets and drawers...even a sled for White Sands NP. Wish we could have stayed more than one night, but it was very enjoyable! Thank you.”

“Beautifully decorated home. It has every amenity you could possibly need. Kudos to Rose, who had the house ready to go for our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Location is right off the trail that takes you to the Railyard. And not a bad walk to Santa Fe Plaza. Try the Tune Up Cafe. Four-five blocks from the house. We really liked it. And La Choza. Within easy walking distance right off the trail.”

“We traveled from Kansas City with our 10 yr old grandson to watch two of his cousins dance in the Nutcracker ballet. The location was fairly close to the theater. The home was clean and was well represented in the photos. It was a wonderful place to call home for a frw days. We were able to host our grandchildren for games and pizza before and after their performances. Two suggestions/concerns. This is a gated community with a code entry however the gate was open throughput our stay. It would be……

“The place was a really solid home base stocked with a few essentials, games, etc. for whenever we weren't at the slopes. Very clean and well maintained - and we've had some less than excellent experiences!The driveway up to parking is pretty steep and fortunately ice wasn't a problem this time but always a thing to watch with some of these places. Where to park was also not at all clear and the driveway/road is tight with other people and property management couldn't help me out with that but……

“Really appreciated the attention to detail to the local neighborhood. Cozy for just two of us and easy access to main square or plaza. Enjoyed the shopping, history tour by local historian, Ana, and hiking nearby. Everything was there in the casita except shampoo that I needed and couldn’t find. Used the patio a lot. ”

“We have very positive feedback for the homeowner but problems with Vacasa. For the homeowner; the condo was a welcoming space with furnishings in good condition and attention to making it homey and aesthetic. To Vacasa; The thermostat and fireplace was broken when we arrived. There was no heat! We were not told in advance that there was no cell service. After driving a mile down the road we called to ask for help about the heat. The agent brushed the problem off by insisting it was a thrown……
