“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we looked forward to returning at the end of every day for a relaxing evening. Our hosts were very quick to respond and provided some wonderful local recommendations. The house is also conveniently located while also feeling secluded. Highly recommend!”

“this property was great for our needs, however, we could not find extra toilet paper, paper towel, the outlets in the bathrooms did not work and there was no salt and pepper in the kitchen, other that that we had a great time. My family loved all the mounted animals. ”

“The property is at the end of a road, so nice and quiet. Very clean and well supplied. We would stay there again.”

“Love the house! Was the perfect place for our vacation. Close to Roswell and just north of Artesia. We loved the decor, the beds were super comfy, and the property was so quiet. Sandra was great, always responsive and very helpful. We truly appreciated having the opportunity to stay at her home.”

“We really enjoyed our time here. The house is a great size. The kitchen and pantry area are so big! The wifi was great, and there was a lot of open space inside and out for my kids to play. The location was awesome too - it was outside of town with beautiful views and some wildlife. It was very easy to come and go from the property to town or to the moutain to ski.”
