“Bonita Cabin is a nice place to stay. It was cozy yet spacious and comfortably slept our large family. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but is easy to access and is close to shops, restaurants and activities. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“My friend and I spent our spring break here and loved our stay! Pat and Carmen were lovely hosts who ensured we were well taken care of throughout the entirety of our trip. Their property is truly magical! We made sure to stay put for a day so we could enjoy the many cozy spots outside. We loved the swings, the hot tub, the rooftop patio for lunch and the second rooftop patio for sunset, all with a mountain backdrop and wind chime soundtrack. This property is as gorgeous as the pictures. They had lots of amenities to make this experience very family oriented. “The cabin is well located on the outskirts of Ruidoso. Its an easy drive to recreational areas of Ski Apache and the nearby snow tubing place.Pros - The main floor and upper floor look new and upgraded. The deck has great views. Cons - The basement could use a slight face lift. The final climb to the front of the garage is tricky and could be outlined in the welcome package instructions. Donald was reachable throughout and a great host. ”

“We went to ski, and it was so easy to get to the lift. The house was as described, and Julie was always available to answer questions. We need a bigger place next year, or I would book again right now. The pots and pans were the best I have ever seen in a rental. I highly recommend this property.”

“Great home with a great view! About a 5 minute drive from the main ski base. House was clean and in great condition. Firewood was stocked, and there were plenty of basics for our stay (pots and pans, utensils, linens, soap, trash bags, etc.). Would stay here again!!”

“Even better located than some ski in / ski out. Perfect location for a group or family, as people can pop in for ski breaks without having to coordinate the group. Hot tub worked great. The first level has 2 bedrooms and 2 showers: one with King bed, the other with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds total). The second level has 2 bedrooms and 1 shower: both bedrooms have a queen bed. Also saw a roll out bed in a closet. 2 couches are large enough to sleep on. We loved it. Its part of the Alpine……

“We had a girls weekend with three generations and this was the perfect place. Everything was conveniently placed. Heaters on the patio made it nice to sit out on patio and star gauze. House was well stocked with all dishes, pans, towels, cozy blankets, etc. I had an issue starting the fireplace when I arrived and the host had a maintenance guy come out quickly and show us what needed to be done. The hot tub was a nice wind down. Each room was comfortable and peaceful. The view is AMAZING!!! This……

“Overall, a very nice property. Cute and tucked away from the main road. The only reason I gave this 4 stars was due to the driveway/parking being a little tricky with a large truck and the snow we had in February. ”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this cool home with a great vibe! The views are spectacular. The weather was kind of wonky it was 20* freezing one day, so so windy the next and snow the next. Everyone enjoyed warming up in the hot tub. Sitting by the fire and doing art around the big family table. We will definitely rent again.”
