“Great home with a great view! About a 5 minute drive from the main ski base. House was clean and in great condition. Firewood was stocked, and there were plenty of basics for our stay (pots and pans, utensils, linens, soap, trash bags, etc.). Would stay here again!!”

“Donald’s cabin is in a gorgeous location that offers privacy and a little seclusion. Incredibly clean and well stocked cabin and the fantastic beds will make it hard to get yourself out and about because they are so comfortable. Views are amazing and the outdoor sitting area is stocked for roasting smores and enjoying each others company. This place is so amazing that the hardest part was going off to enjoy the sights and activities of Ruidoso because this cabin will make you want to stay in!”

“My friend and I spent our spring break here and loved our stay! Pat and Carmen were lovely hosts who ensured we were well taken care of throughout the entirety of our trip. Their property is truly magical! We made sure to stay put for a day so we could enjoy the many cozy spots outside. We loved the swings, the hot tub, the rooftop patio for lunch and the second rooftop patio for sunset, all with a mountain backdrop and wind chime soundtrack. “The house was amazing, everything about it was unique!”

“Even better located than some ski in / ski out. Perfect location for a group or family, as people can pop in for ski breaks without having to coordinate the group. Hot tub worked great. The first level has 2 bedrooms and 2 showers: one with King bed, the other with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds total). The second level has 2 bedrooms and 1 shower: both bedrooms have a queen bed. Also saw a roll out bed in a closet. 2 couches are large enough to sleep on. We loved it. Its part of the Alpine……

“I was a little nervous to rent someone else’s home at first. They made this entire process as smooth as possible. I knew what to expect from the beginning. This property is as gorgeous as the pictures. They had lots of amenities to make this experience very family oriented. My only bit of advice for the next renters is to take a screenshot of the internet password and door lock code prior to going to the house. When we pulled up, I thought I would be able to open my messages to retrieve the……

“We went to ski, and it was so easy to get to the lift. The house was as described, and Julie was always available to answer questions. We need a bigger place next year, or I would book again right now. The pots and pans were the best I have ever seen in a rental. I highly recommend this property.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this cool home with a great vibe! The views are spectacular. The weather was kind of wonky it was 20* freezing one day, so so windy the next and snow the next. Everyone enjoyed warming up in the hot tub. Sitting by the fire and doing art around the big family table. We will definitely rent again.”

The only thing better than the house was the view from the balcony and the hot tub. You will definitely need 4 wheel drive, if there is snow on the ground, to get to and from the house. ”
