“My husband I and some friends stayed at this cute little house for the weekend. The neighborhood was quiet even though there was a road right next to it. The house was clean and very comfortable. Close to downtown and the springs. I would highly recommend this little VBRO. It was wonderful ”

“The house was spacious and had lots of character. Our group was 5 adult men and we had plenty of space to stretch out. Location was great because we were very private with great views … but still only about 5 minutes from restaurants, grocery, and other amenities. All the large beds were very comfortable – the bunks not so much for an adult man … but overall still great. ”

“I don’t think there is enough space to list all of the great qualities of this property!! First of all the cabin is amazing! It was just the right size for the two of us and had everything we could possibly need. It is beautifully built with the perfect mix of modern meets nature. I don’t think you could get closer to the Conejos River without being IN it!! The sounds, the smells and the scenery exceeded expectations! We even heard, and then saw, a bull elk rounding up his cows one morning.……
