“very nice place loved being right by the river nice little walking area we came for a first time experience for the Hot Springs. Enjoyed our massage and dip in the springs at Overlook Spa. Took drive and hike to piedra falls otherwise pretty much stayed right at the condo. It was wonderful.”

“Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen……

“Great location, nice hot shower, comfortable bed! There were a few kitchen items that were hard to use due to them being broken or well used; the fireplace struggled a little bit too. Everything else was great!”

“What a beautiful home in the woods. They have everything you need. I was surprised they even have a pressure cooker. The house was clean. The communication with the manager and owner was on top. We had a problem with the water heater that was resolved immediately and we had hot water in no time. We really enjoyed our time in the property. Definitely recommend this place if you’re going to Pagosa Springs. I’ll definitely will look for this property again. Love the place. ”
