“Overall, our stay good. Normally it would be a great location; downtown, close to resturants, but the street just outside of the apartment was torn up and the access was made more difficult. The other things that were not ready were the sheets were piled on the bed, and it was not made up, In addition, the tv remotes did not work. First, it was the one in the living room and after it was fixed the one in the bedroom quit working. ”

“There is road construction through town but it did not take away from the charm or beautiful surroundings. It made walking easier too because the traffic is slow and alllows for crossing the roads. The side walks are still accessible too.”

“I was excited to come back to pagosa springs. The condo was nice and clean. It was also cozy and comfortable. Everything was as expected. The only issues were that even the though the condo is across the street from the lake there isn't public access to it. My daughter in law couldn't get the wii to work but we probably wouldn't have used it anyway. The wildlife and views are amazing definitely worth the expense!”

“We met our daughter , son-in-law and 4 year old granddaughter for Easter weekend . We loved the layout of the condo with spacious bedrooms, large entryway , and plenty of space to spread out to relax. We found it clean , well stocked and accommodating to us and our 2 dogs. It’s is well stocked with spices and dry pantry staples . We would love to return in the future. Heather let us have a late checkout which was also appreciated . ”

“Ours was a girls’ trip, and this couldn’t have been better. The babbling river is steps from the back door for walks, sitting on benches, or just enjoying the sound from an open window. The condo was immaculate, though the pillows have gotten rather flat & could use replacing. Great kitchen, comfy living room, perfect location for all we wanted to do. I’ve already recommended this one to friends.”

“The location of the place was perfect being next to the river and a little outside of town. The towels in the home were a little worn down and had some bleach spots of them. There was also patches of paint everywhere but it was set up nicely for us to be there for a little weekend away. Will definitely consider this place for our next time in Pagosa! ”
