“very nice place loved being right by the river nice little walking area we came for a first time experience for the Hot Springs. Enjoyed our massage and dip in the springs at Overlook Spa. Took drive and hike to piedra falls otherwise pretty much stayed right at the condo. It was wonderful.”

“This condo served us well for a three generation family vacation. For the family members interested in skiing, it is an easy drive up the pass to Wolf Creek, and for the family members just looking to relax it is spacious, comfortable, well furnished and clean. Only a couple blocks on quiet streets connect to a lovely RiverWalk paved trail into downtown Pagosa springs for shopping and a visit to the hot springs. We very much enjoyed our stay here!”

“My parter and I stayed here for a weekend, it was great! The condo was clean, and everything we were hoping it would be. In addition to the space itself being super nice overall, we were impressed at how well stocked it was. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed to make it easy. “My teenage son and I rented this condo for spring break 2025. It met our needs well and we enjoyed our stay, both in this particular unit and in Pagosa Springs in general. The unit seemed very clean and was equipped with everything that you normally expect in a vacation rental. “Clean, comfortable and very cute glamping tent was the perfect place to stay in Bayfield. It was well stocked with plates, silverware, towels, etc. The nights were chilly, but they provided two electric space heaters (in addition to the heat pump) which kept it very warm and cozy inside. It did make me a little nervous though, as there were no smoke alarms in the glamping tent. I also wish there were a broom inside, as lots of debris got tracked inside over my 5 day stay.
