“The cabin was beautiful, and in a perfect location right in the river. It was beyond awesome to listen to the river through open windows, and to just drink a cup of coffee in the morning with an amazing view. ”

“Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen……

I also highly recommend heading to Durango for train ride to Silverton and may need a second day for shopping down town Durango.”

“This house was amazing! From the breathtaking Mountain View’s which you can see from every angle on the wrap around deck. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sunsets. Bonfire and hot tub were fabulous well. The house was spacious and open. The house is located close to town of Pagosa Springs, which offers many restaurants, shops, coffee shops. Rosie’s pizza is a must! The Springs Resort with its many hot spring pools and views of Saun Juan river was amazing! Watching the……

“This house is on a beautiful property tucked up alongside the mountain. Absolutely beautiful! The house is terrific too! A bit of a drive from town but worth it! Kids had a great time battling each other on the pool table. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Great property! Convenient location, flat circle driveway. Everything is as described. Beds were good, everything worked well. Especially liked that the hot water was instant and hot enough for me. Would be great in the summer… with the outdoor patio space backing up to the lake. Would rent again. ”
