“We had a lovely vacation in this beautiful home. The home was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. This was the perfect home base for our Pagosa Springs vacation.”

“This location is just magical! The river is literally right outside the back door. The sound of the river was perfect after a long day on slopes! The large living area and full windows facing the river made for a picturesque setting every evening. The amenities could not have been better! And having a garage is a must! Best place in Pagosa!”

“We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub after a long day. We didn’t use the charcoal grill, would have preferred a propane grill but not a big deal. The gas stove in the house was perfect. Beautiful stay.”

“Sleeping Bear Cabin was a lovely place to stay. However, persons who have difficulty climbing stairs would have a hard time staying here. There was a flight of stairs up to the front door, another up to the loft bedroom, and another down to the laundry area.”

“Booked the cabin for a weekend to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The cabin was lovely and beautifully furnished. Hot tub was fantastic. Located a very reasonable distance from the hot springs. We had an amazing time and will likely stay here again in the future! ”

“Location was good. Very clean. Kitchen had all you needed to cook in house. Family space very comfortable. Park view was good. Space is larger than it appears in pictures. Beds ok, master starting to have a "hole" on right side- this seems to be a problem with memory foam mattresses.”

“The property was very nice and clean, we enjoyed the game room upstairs although it was a bit small to be able to play the games but still enjoyed it. It was a bit pricey for the stay but understandably so with it being a holiday weekend. Their pricing was a bit confusing initially but the management company was great at communicating with me about the issues they had with showing all costs on the website. They were also wonderful with communication when we arrived and when we were checking out.……

“Had a great time! The mornings were so relaxing watching the hot air balloon. The view of the pond with the ducks and geese was very entertaining. It was easy access to everything we wanted to do during our stay. We would go back in a heartbeat.”
