“Wow- this location was everything we wanted. My husband and 2 fur babies needed a weekend to recharge and relax and that’s exactly what Chris’ place afforded. I loved the coziness of the cabin, how spacious it was and all the fun wall hangings (there’s a beautiful quilt hung up in the main bedroom!). Chris himself is a giving and just wonderful person. Upon arriving at our location we were pleasantly surprised to see the wood stove already had kindling and log in there ready to be lit. This act……

“We loved this beautiful home. It is in the heart of Pagosa Springs and yet was so quiet and peaceful. We loved the fireplace. The primary bedroom on the main floor allowed the adults to go bed early while the teens had the upstairs to themselves. We enjoyed day passes to the Hot Springs that is 1/2 mile away. The kitchen is very well stocked. We have learned that eating in a tourist town during high tourist season means eating at home/ordering takeout. Eat-in kitchen was well used. And don't……

“This is property deserves 5 stars in every category! The property is an easy walk to downtown. Although it’s close to town it’s in a quiet neighborhood; the only noises you’ll hear are the river running past your windows and the geese on the river. The first things you’ll notice when entering the home are that it’s immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is so well outfitted that you could make and serve a holiday dinner! Just keep in mind that there is no AC so days can be a little warm but fans were available. Overall we couldn't ask for more.”
