“I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :(”

“Our cabin was better than expected! Having dishes and glasses was unexpected and nice to have. However, the refrigerator/freezer makes a noise when it is running. Also, the alarm clock went off but we didn’t set it. But overall, this was a great place to stay. Thank you”

“Beautiful area for a hotel, I love the kitchenette in the room more hotels need that. The area being on the south end of Durango is lovely as it's is quite and cozy and not far of a drive from anywhere. ”

“As a frequent traveller between Minnesota and Arizona, my wife and I have struggled to find 5-star level accommodation along the way. Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. Keyah has a lot of great reviews and they deserve it as McKenzie makes a wonderful hostess and chef. The panoramic views and hikes are impeccable. This is truly a great American luxury destination spot.”

“Cozy, Roomy, Beautiful, and modern are just some of the ways I could best describe this property. Me and my now fiancés family got to spend a 3 day weekend here and it did not disappoint; there was more than enough space for our families, and all the appliances were up to date and in working order. Most of all, any time I had a question, or needed something the individuals handling the property responded swiftly and helped anyway they could. Five stars all around, and look forward to staying……
