Saw deer every night on our walk:) The condo is well appointed with 2 beds and 2 baths and a bonus vanity & sink in the primary bedroom! AC is only on the second level although there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and opening the sliding door and windows at night lets the cool air in:)Condo is 10 minutes from downtown and there is a grocery store and restaurants within 3 minutes of the……

“Check-in process was easy. The place looked exactly like photos and was clean and basically had everything that we needed. Except for the firm mattress everything was great. Marked as a favorite stay place! ”

“The location of the property is very convenient to Pagosa Springs (just a bit west of downtown).. There is easy shopping (car is best), coffee shop w/in walking distance. The property itself is a good size for 2-6 people. Loved having the laundry! Kitchen well stocked with pans etc. There was a little issue with some cleanliness, but the owner made it right - it was not an over the top issue but they can easily rectify the issue. Would I stay here again - likely It is a large recreation……

“All good. One thing which you have probably corrected…VRBO gave us the wrong access code! Luckily the property manager answered her phone right away and she had the right number. Also she only had one key and we locked ourselves out and had to call the fire dept to let us in! She probabay has more keys now!”
