“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quiet and spacious. There are essentially two separate living spaces which worked out great for 8-10 of us. The home is about 15 min NW of Pagosa Springs but we didn’t mind the drive. There was a lot wildlife to see - mostly deer. The forest trail system that is literally across the street was a nice perk. Our 5 y.o. Had a great time exploring the wilderness. Highly recommend this place. ”

Grocery store, restaurants, golf course, and even the weekly farmers market. The home is wonderful, just as described in the VRBO listing.
