“This little house on the alley exceeded our expectations. It was very cozy and comfortable including the bed and living space. They had everything we needed including a K-cup coffee maker. We would definitely stay here when we visit Pagosa Springs again. Thank you!”

The space and accommodation was more than expected. Very pet friendly. Our dog refused to leave. She kept running back inside and laying down on the dog bed that was provided. “This home was impressive in size and amenities. We had a girls weekend getaway with about 12 women there each night. We all came over from Durango. The house was very comfortable for us to fit everyone sleeping and sitting at the table and in the living room. The house had a lot of fun amenities, great western mountain decor, and it was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, lots of towels and blankets were also available. I contacted the property manager at check-in and……

“We had a small group and a short stay at this beautiful Durango property on Florida Road. We arrived immediately after a major snow storm, and we sincerely appreciated that the driveway had been plowed. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The hot tub was at the appropriate temperature. The house has many useful appliances, utensils and extras. I would strongly recommend this property for multi-family or larger group stays in the area.”
