“Nice location. Got to see turkeys and deer. House was very nice and use of garage was a big bonus. Only complaint was the smaller bathroom upstairs. My friends said they almost slipped in the bath tub. Not a game changer though. Parking decent for two trucks with UTV trailers. Drove UTVs to Lake Vallecito and rode a trail that was off of the 501A. Would stay there again.”

“This was a beautiful place, perfect for unwinding and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I enjoyed reading by the river while my husband did some fishing. The bed was comfortable and the tent was just the right size. Unfortunately, there was a fire ban and so we couldn’t start up a fire but we made the most of it. Overall, this was a perfect getaway!”

“This place was perfect for me & siblings, attending a family reunion in Durango. The house is exactly as advertised and was very clean. This host provided the most accessories, i.e. towels, sheets, toilet paper, etc., than any house I have rented. The location is close to the train station, Mesa Verde, a grocery store and multiple restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! (One suggestion - add a "bar" to the main bathtub for short people to hold onto as the tub is pretty deep to……

We would be so delighted to stay there again. Relaxing, accommodating, had everything we needed for a peaceful Labor Day weekend with family. ”

“We were in town for my son’s wedding at Purgatory, so the location was perfect. While the house was amazing, we all loved the front porch and yard. We played lot’s of family games.
