“We had an excellent stay at Whispering Pines. The host greated us for the walk through and was very accessable for small questions and/or directions throughout the stay. The house was beautiful and fully supplied with quality items in the kitchen, linens, towels, beds etc. All great! The air matresses we all not usable, so that created issues, but we made due with couch/floor sleepers...The attention to detail in the house is great and very inviting. Just a fun space!Wild deer every morning……

“The Leland House is a really cool historic building just south of Main Street next to Lola's (Great little spot for food). Parking in back down the alley was easy to find, but might be a little tight with a bigger vehicle. Our room was ready early and we were able to check in when we arrived. All information for check in was texted to us. The Leland team was very responsive when we needed to communicate with them. Since the building is old there is some noise from outside and in the……

“Loved this property and would go back. However, we didnt have any idea where in the building to enter nor which doors which codes went to. I put this more on Expedia than the property itself however as I assume this is Expedia not passing along pertinent details. Within the building there were multiple coded doors. We just kept trying the code until we found a door it worked on. Downtown is under major construction so that might kill the vibe for some people, but we thoroughly enjoyed our……
