“We loved this house. It was perfect. We ventured out every day for a hike. Lunch in town and then just enjoyed the very stocked kitchen, hot tub, outdoor balcony, beautiful view and absolutely gorgeous home every night. ”

“Great property! Very private yet close enough to town to explore anything you’d like to do in and around Pagosa Springs. House was very clean and well appointed, fenced deck was perfect for our dogs - would definitely stay here again.”

“Sarah is super responsive! The place was furnished and equipped to perfection, it had everything anyone could possibly need. Very view from the property was spectacular!! The hiking trail was absolutely amazing and a perfect way to kick off every morning with the dogs. I’m not sure who liked it more, me or the dogs! We also managed to see the July 4th fireworks show from the property which was an added bonus. Not just pet friendly, but super pet accommodating with extra dog bowls and……

“Location of property was great. Had a beautiful view of the valley from the front porch. House was very clean and the host was very helpful. Had mule deer, 2 fox every night come on the property. The water was shut off for about 4 hrs on our last day due to city making repairs on main line. The only complaint I have is there was no TV in the living area. The TV was located on the second floor and I’m not able to climb stairs. Overall I’m very pleased with the rental of this house. ”

“Nice, clean cabin will all of the essentials. Sitting on the river makes for a great location and easy access to the hot springs a short walk away. ”

“Great peaceful and quiet getaway! The hosts are very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Super cute pups! The cabin is very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely relaxing and romantic stay. The location is perfect. Be sure to eat at the James Ranch Grill next door the food is delicious!”

“Very nice propery between Durango and Purgatory. Well furnished with beautiful views and nice amenities including the hot tub. Easy access to the road. There are stairs to access the home, but that was not an issue for us. Overall, very pleased with this choice. We will definitely stay again.”

“This is a beautiful peaceful retreat!! Fully stocked plenty of room. Cool quiet just far enough from the hwy to have complete silence! My hubby and I just relaxed walked through the beautiful mountains and didn't want to leave . It was the best thing in cabins that we have ever enjoyed! Thank you”

“The home is wonderfully warm and cozy with little bits of sentiment throughout. The quiet street, large deck and hammock, and music collection were truly a joy and something you may not know you need but what a unique way to create space for people to enjoy the mountains. The lack of service and internet was refreshing- the kids didn’t mind at all with the trail to put around on and a most friendly neighbor dog “Jupiter” to throw sticks to! ”

“Pagosa and the cabin were just perfect. Dinners outside enjoying the sunset and hummingbirds. Very quiet and peaceful! Our family enjoyed the pool table and played mahjong on the patio! The cabin was perfect for adult children! We cooked many meals on the grill and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back! Pagosa has so much to do from golf, to tubing down the river and many great restaurants. Thanks for a great time! ”
