“Perfect little cottage right on the edge of downtown Ouray. Can walk to multiple restaurants and you have perfect access to the Ouray Perimeter hiking trail. We had a wonderful stay with our pup. Would highly recommend. ”

“The cabin is absolutely beautiful and a wonderful floor plan. Very comfortable, I wanted to move in. You will never experience more beautiful paintings on all the walls as Mark's - not enough words just breath taking, loved your book. The very big downfall was the parking (total mud and puddles), the driveway (all ice and snow), and the walkway (VERY thick ice and VERY steep). We tried to break it up with the sledge hammer to no avail and the very little salt did nothing. Hot tub was very green,……

While there isn’t a stove/oven, the hot plate and toaster/convection oven were sufficient for small meals . The owner was so helpful and kind. I loved meeting her pups. ”

“Beautiful property, great for large groups”

“Charming cabin in the woods. Host very helpful. Driveway challenging for most vehicles but you could also walk up it if your luggage is small. Very remote location but dirt road from town is easy. ”

“Great house! Loved having the river right there and hiking trails minutes away.”

“Due to the heavy snowstorm, there were issues with us being able to check in on time. However, the property manager was extremely communicative and worked with us to make sure we had a great vacation! The location is perfect, right next to Purgatory Ski Resort. We would stay here again. ”

“Beautiful view right on the loop about 10 miles from town. Easy access to the lake for kayaking and fishing. Right across the street from a good hiking trail. We really enjoyed it. Note there is only 1 king bedroom, the rest are queen and twin. The listing shows 2 king beds in one location”
