“We love Pagosa Springs and are frequent visitors. This house is right on the lake in a cul de sac. The second floor is accessed by a steep spiral stairway so a bit challenging. Upstairs bedroom has a very firm mattress. Nice lounge area upstairs with tv and small bathroom and double bed. Good communication with the host. Neighborhood a bit unwelcoming. ”

“We have rented through VRBO for about 10 years and have to say this house is our new favorite in Pagosa. The setting is idylic with views of the mountains and peaceful Lake Hatcher. Every detail has been meticulously considered and this home gets the grand prize for well-stocked kitchens and essentials. From the hot tub and comfortable beds to the furnishings and art, we enjoyed every minute. The owners are gracious hosts that know how to make their guests feel welcome and cared for. This……

“The cabin is absolutely beautiful and a wonderful floor plan. Very comfortable, I wanted to move in. You will never experience more beautiful paintings on all the walls as Mark's - not enough words just breath taking, loved your book. The very big downfall was the parking (total mud and puddles), the driveway (all ice and snow), and the walkway (VERY thick ice and VERY steep). We tried to break it up with the sledge hammer to no avail and the very little salt did nothing. Hot tub was very green,……

“Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen……
