“the suites are VERY small relative to many of the places I have stayed in T-ride for several years for similar prices ”

“Do not use this property. Alot of stairs and not handcap friendly. Poor communication with check in. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, trash not empty, no clean towels. Room was not the way it was pictured on review. Had a bacony but unable to use it. Door blocked and no chairs. I'd like a particle refund back on my fee for Sept 29-Oct 2, 2024. on my credit card for these actions. Handicap parking taken by people without proper plates or handcap cards. ”

“This property is older than some, but very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the fact that it is right by the river is an added bonus. The sitting area outside by the river with the hot tub is peaceful and relaxing. The hairdryer in my room did not work, and there was no soap in the shower. Also, the TV was very confusing to operate. In spite of these things I loved staying there and would again.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Two bedrooms were perfect- front room was like a parlor and my friend loved it. Really like the heating system as I could keep my room cool and my friend kept hers warmer. Great location for the hiking we did- next time we’ll rent jeeps 😎 . Our host Mark was great and quick to respond. We were ‘in’ town, so able to walk to shops and restaurant (great history lesson from gal at front desk of the Grand Imperial hotel. Food at Lacey Rose saloon was excellent).……

“Close to shuttle area. Very nice room, a little smaller than what we anticipated, trying to accommodate 4 was quite tight u less they were small children. ”
