“We had a great stay at Cottonwood cabin. The home was very clean when we arrived, and more than adequately equipped in the kitchen. The fenced in yard was exactly what we were looking for since we brought our pup Mojo. Our son enjoyed fly fishing on the San Juan from the property, and we made several outings on Navajo Lake with our fishing boat. Native American heritage abounds in the area, and neighbor Frank was absolutely our goto resource for everything we were thinking about doing. A great……

“Listing says there's one bed and one bathroom. It also says there's a toilet and a shower in the bathroom - the toilet is a bucket with a plastic bucket seat and the shower is an outdoor hanging bag. No running water - just a cooler. Calling it a "cabin" is a stretch.”

“Another wonderful stay at this cabin. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay here as our elderly uncle lives up the road. So convenient getting to our uncle every day. We enjoyed nice showers and the washer/dryer as our trip was a working vacation at our uncle’s ranch. We will be back again. ”
