“We loved the “barn”! The house and the surrounding property were clean and so beautiful. The river, the stars at night, the peaceful quiet and the hummingbirds were our favorites! We would be so delighted to stay there again. Relaxing, accommodating, had everything we needed for a peaceful Labor Day weekend with family. ”

“Listing says there's one bed and one bathroom. It also says there's a toilet and a shower in the bathroom - the toilet is a bucket with a plastic bucket seat and the shower is an outdoor hanging bag. No running water - just a cooler. Calling it a "cabin" is a stretch.”

“This house was absolutely amazing and exactly what we wanted. It is perfect if you are looking for an escape from the city-- its about a 20 minute drive down a dirt road to the property that's guaranteed to show you all of colorados wildlife (prairie dogs, chipmonks, mule deer, turkey, and a bear were all seen in our stay)! Perfect little cabin, fenced yard for my fur babies ( Maggie & Bailey) right on the river, balcony to enjoy the beautiful evening sky, trout fishing, guide fishing if you want just up the road ( we went and caught lots of salmon) Ken from the Real Deal is the best !
