“Beautiful home situated perfectly and uniquely on the bay- stunning views and private wooded setting. We loved watching the swans swim by every day! House was well-stocked and immaculate; perfect blend of that cottage feel combined with luxury. Excellent communication with host. So many hiking trails, nature and beaches to experience in OMP, also a very nice grocery store & restaurant just up the road. Was a wonderful, quiet winter getaway for us! “My sisters and their spouses joined me and my spouse for 4 nights at the beach house. The weather was cold, windy rain and snow but it didn’t matter as we were in the perfect place - beautiful views of the lake from all rooms, a nice fireplace kept us warm and cozy, a well stocked kitchen allowed us to enjoy several home cooked meals. Carol, our hostess was welcoming and easy to access, always got back quickly when any concerns were raised. Our only gripe was dishwasher really wasn’t working and……

“It was a great stay at Northern Reflections! Two families of cousins came for a few days of skiing. The cabin was a great spot for everyone to stay and enjoy time together in between skiing. With all the snow, it was a bit treacherous driving to and from Boyne at times, but was an such an affordable option for our big group. The scenery was BEAUTIFUL on Lake Arrowhead. “We had the best time at the Shingle Shack! The house was spacious and comfortable. It is has a very homey feel to it. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. There is a great little market within a few minutes drive that we v bought all of our groceries at. The kayaks were fun to take out into the lake. The beach fire pit is going to be hard to top for all future vacation rentals. We did not use the bunkhouse during our stay. The lake is absolutely beautiful.Perfect for swimming,……
