“We LOVED our stay! Our family is from Iowa Falls and we came back for the Riverbend Rally Fourth of July celebration. This place was perfect for us! We had three adults and it had everything we needed for our trip. Love that it’s in a quiet town away from all the action but also a very short drive away. We had a very small issue that our host took care of immediately. I mean immediately! She came within minutes on a holiday evening! We were so taken care of while we stayed and it was stocked……

“We really enjoyed our time in this home. It was only the 2 of us and our two small dogs so it was perfect for us. We were surprised that it didn't have closets but certainly not a big deal at all. Lots of condiments in kitchen and pots and pans to use as we make all our meals at our home. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the nice patio on the deck. The neighbors were so nice, we loved our time there!”

Attached garage available for 2 vehicle especially nice for rain or Iowa's Winter weather. Myself, my adult children and their significant other...found this home delightful & convenient location for our stay while we were in the area for a wedding, at Timber Edge. Literally 2 minute drive away ”

“We stayed here because I was working in Cedar Falls and in Ames and this was a good halfway point. It is so peaceful by the river and the host was very accommodating. My husband lives with a physical disability and doesn't handle stairs well; this place has no stairs and was very accessible and worked well for him. Our dog loved it too, plenty of green space. A lovely spot in a small town, one of our favorite stops. Thank You!”

“From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Clean, comfortable and enough space for our party of 14 to play well and sleep well. Love the heated pool...everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking breakfast. One of the best we've enjoyed over the years. We also took advantage of renting the family "ranch area" for 4 hours for fun and burgers and toasted marshmallows. “We were in town for a family reunion and this house was a great alternative to hotel rooms. Very clean and cute inside, well stocked with regular supplies, good water pressure, ceiling fans and good A/C. I would recommend going to room darkening curtains in the bedrooms”
