“We were in town for my mom’s funeral. It was nice that my kids and grandkids could all stay together. Location was great, beds comfortable and nice to have 2.5 bathrooms. Would stay again.”

“The property was more the great for our stay in Des Moines! The house is HUGE! very clean well maintained. Plenty of space for us all to spread out. We really appreciated having coffee there for us. Beds were comfortable and plenty of them too! The outside space was great as well. And there was ample parking off the street. So many cool restaurants and shops within walking distance, and Charlotte’s Coffee Shop right downstairs was a definite bonus! “This is the perfect place to stay if you're towing boats into the Okoboji area and planning to fish all day and just need a place to cook and crash at night. We towed three boats down, and the parking area was large enough to fit all our trucks and trailers—possibly even more. The bunk room had more than enough beds for the three of us. The host, Brian, was very kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.”
