“My wife and I loved this condo inside and out. We could have easily had 2 to 4 more people with us, but it looked so lovely and reasonably priced that we couldn't resist. And it exceeded our expectations. The owners are available on a moment's notice, the rooms are perfect sizes, the private garage is excellent for two cars (or, in our case, one car and two bicycles), and the private rooftop with a grill makes for perfect evenings (or days, had the Midwest not been in the midst of a heat……

“This was the perfect home and location for our large family to have a home base for our Hawkeye’s graduation weekend. The house was very cozy and nicely stocked. Bryan not only made it feel very personalized with freshly stocked coffee/water, notes and welcome baskets, but also stopped by to clear the driveway and deck from tree helicopters for us to host family for lunch after commencement.Would highly recommend this VRBO and hope to stay again for future Hawkeye game!”

“This townhome was absolutely perfect for UofI graduation in May! The location was 2 blocks from commencement making it ideal for every type of event associated with the university. The accommodations included every detail possible - tastefully decorated, a roomy main level kitchen/living area for entertaining (including serving pieces of perfection!).
