“The property was very clean, well maintained. The only issue was the bathroom size, it is very small. It could use an outlet and a towel rack or hooks.We will definitely recommend to others and when we come visit our daughter in Milford we will try to stay again. The animals were a great bonus; cows, a dog and kittens etc. While staying at the house we also got to witness God's beauty with an amazing sun set.”

“Looking for a large property in the Central City area, we were delighted with The Guest House - beautiful, quiet and serene. Rosemary is a wonderful host and provided everything one could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Even my 3 young-adult grandsons thought the property was "way cool"! We had traveled there for my mother's funeral; and afterwards it was such a relief to kick back "at home". Thank you, Rosemary. You'll definitely hear from me the next time we're traveling to my old home……

“What a wonderful stay we had at Neil and Deda's beautiful farm! Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience for us and especially for Sasha! This was her absolute favorite place to stay out of the 6 places we stayed at during our Midwest exploration trip! If you have kids that love animals, this is the place to go! “Our group of seven plus three dogs stayed in the farmhouse for a week during the summer and were very comfortable there! The house is large and very private, and we wish that it had been cooler weather so that we could have enjoyed a fire in the inside fireplace. We did somewhat miss having a dishwasher, but we survived! The listing and pictures are accurate, so you know that while it might not be the most luxurious accomodations, the affordability makes up for that. It is a drive to get back to……

“Highly recommend a stay at the old stone farm! The owner was super responsive and helpful leading up to and during our trip. The place is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed lazy mornings on the farm and ending out day around the fire pit at night. It was clean and cozy and the perfect background for curling up with a book and taking fun pictures outside. Our daughter loved getting to know all the animals and spent hours at the fence watching them do their thing and feeding them. The house is……
