“With 5 bedrooms (more if you count use of sun porch areas in warmer weather) and 3.5 baths this property is great for family gatherings! There are plenty of seating areas for people to gather or disperse. There is a large dining room that accommodated 8 of us for one meal. The kitchen is large enough for many to pitch in and has all the necessities for cooking and entertaining a crowd. We made all of our meals there! We arrived to find the lights on throughout and music playing—a very warm……

“Our stay was amazing! The house was exactly as it appears, clean, decorated well, plenty of sheets/pillows/blankets/towels, a nice updated kitchen which made cooking easy instead of eating out every meal! Garage was clean and easy to pull in and out of which helped keep the snow off the car during our winter stay! The beds were comfortable and the place just really made it easy to feel like you were at a true home away from home! 100% recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back when……

“This is a beautiful log home nestled in a great country setting. As stated in the online listing, there is room for everyone and space for whatever you need. There were 18 of us and no one felt cramped. The fireplace in the living room was stocked full of wood and it was relaxing to watch the fires. “Had a weekend with friends and this place was very nice with a perfect location! ”

“The Nelson Lofts did not disappoint! The location was perfect for walking around and exploring downtown Davenport. The loft was very clean. Nice set up for a group trip with plenty of beds a seating. Communication was great and parking was easy. Special shout out for the showers- everyone commented how great they were! The sound does travel from the downstairs bars and neighboring lofts but they provide sound machines and ear plugs if needed. Would stay here again! ”
