“You can tell the owners care for the house and want you to have a comfortable experience. It was clean and comfortable. Always felt safe in the neighborhood. Conveniently located. The light switch for the back bedroom is in the hall. It took us a while to find that one. The bathroom could use a remodel but overall the house was perfect for our weekend needs. ”

“Our stay in Davenport was one for the books! From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was something special. The owner even had the yard freshly mowed for us — it looked amazing, super cleaned up, and not a single bug in sight! “The check in was simple, the unit was has advertised and no trains came through in the middle of the night. You do get a low rumble from the concert venue next door but it was done by 10:00. Unit was clean, well-stocked and in great shape. The balcony was an absolute GEM overlooking the Mississippi! Check out instructions were, close the door and leave. Thanks Tim! ”
