“I was using the hotel to break up a long drive from Santander to Lisbon. Arriving in the late evening, I feared the kitchen would be closed by the time I arrived. But the gentleman who checked me in quickly took me to the bar where they made me a toasted sandwich while I put my things in my room, which I greatly appreciated. The room was extremely comfortable, breakfast was good, and the little touches of wool and wool related paraphernalia were a nice touch. I didn't get to use the pool, but……
