“My family stayed 1 night at Alnes Gard during our trip to Norway. We stayed here as a base to see Alesund and so glad we did! This place is a lovely little gem and we had fun exploring the small island. We saw lovely rainbows, experienced a beautiful ocean sunset, and went on a great hike! Would highly recommend this place! ”

“I had a lot of difficulty contacting the host just to get our checkin details the day of arrival. They didn't answer messages and the number listed was to a car rental, which made me think at first it was a scam. They didn't respond until after I had contacted VRBO customer service, and they apologized because they don't get many listings on VRBO. We got there fine and were able to get in, but the place hadn't been cleaned in awhile, huge dust bunnies. Also weird things like the clean laundry……
