“The staff were very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean, and an early check-in was possible depending on the room's status. It may take some effort to get to the apartment - walking up a slope. But there is a beautiful church and park nearby and there are some nice supermarkets around too. Not bad at all”

“整体房间很大，有阳台，面对河和山，很漂亮。是一次很好的体验。就是晚上入住如果超过九点办理，每小时要付200挪威克朗，超过11点每小时400克朗。小伙伴注意了。还有hotels上的价格并不包含清洁费，所以还要额外付25%的清洁费。”

“房間設施齊全，更有洗碗機焗爐洗衣機，房間整潔。但是用貯水式熱水爐，不方便沖涼。住宿的最後一天，但酒店不能放置行李，指示不清晰，最後要拖着行李觀光。整體住宿是令人滿意的，但對最後行李安排十分不滿。”

"The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with no taxi coming. The staff was not willing to help us follow up with the taxi company even on our repeated requests. We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."
