“Good location. Near Metro, bus station. Room was clean and comfortable . No reception desk when chech in at night, but next morning the reception office was available. Thanks their kind staff to help me keep luggage in their office untill 2Pm. It will be better if reading light available at sofa side not only at bed side. ”

“房間大，地點離車站近很好，但是睡到會覺得好冷，房間沒有暖氣，去的時候發現前一個房客垃圾沒收…廚房流理台水漏很慢”

“行前會有多封信件告知如何抵達旅館，但地點本身並非在馬路旁，尋找上不是非常直覺，另外當天網路不是很穩定，提供的房間密碼無法使用，需要在寒風中走到另外的接待處求救。 房間內部大致上溫馨寬敞，但廁所一直有臭味，開了通風一直沒有效果，希望可以改善。”

“Modern property with some basic problems and oversights. Clean new rooms gave an overall clean and fresh appearance. Missing the following which didn’t make sense - no soap/shampoo wall mounted or other in the shower, bath mat, tea towel to dry the dishes. Issues with the pillow bed heads which hade sitting in bed extremely uncomfortable for a person neck, the shower doors poorly designed and space between toilet and shower nearly non existent. Just badly designed. Some of the dishes had not……

“Nice and quiet studio apartment near everything. Numa let us know that our original assigned apartment had a broken washer before we arrived, so we had the opportunity to switch apartments instead of just discovering it didn't work after arriving. It is not a combo washer/dryer but there were drying racks in the stocked closet. We appreciated the opportunity to fix the problem beforehand.”
