“This is our second time staying at this condo. It's perfect! It has a dedicated boat slip, and the water is just a few steps away. The patio has two entrances, one from the master bedroom, the other from the den. It's very quiet here. Never heard our neighbors.Kitchen was well stocked. Master bed very comfortable. We did not utilize the sleeper sofa.You are really close to Harbor Point Marina and The Landing (great food and drink). Just outside the entrance to the neighborhood is a nice……

“This was one of my favorite VRBO experiences. The condo was beautifully decorated and the furniture and beds were super comfortable. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and used the grill outside and the kitchen was well stocked. My kids could not get enough of the outdoor television. They thought that was the coolest thing ever. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained. We felt very safe there. We rented a boat and our boat slip was easily accessible. We will definitely stay again!”

“Wonderful stay with a super clean and decorated condo. Everyone was so nice and the boat slip parking was perfect and made it so easy. If you’re bringing a boat, definitely recommend you use to public launch 5 mins up the road. The boat launch is kinda small and it’s hard to park a trailer. But it’s a perfect spot regardless of that and the owners are outstanding and sweet!”

“We had a great time staying in this condo and the bedroom arrangement was fantastic for our group. The pool was super convenient to the I do, and we enjoyed going to the other pool in the complex as well. We rented a boat out at the marina and really enjoyed boating around Lake Martin. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies to cook with for our breakfast and dinners. The host was very communicative and helpful. “The view is incredible. Absolutely #1 on the lake. The balcony is huge and can accommodate 10 people comfortably. The inside is huge also and very upscale. Will definitely stay again.Only possible negative was owners are new and didn't respond to a couple of questions, but that's a very minor thing. I'm sure they'll get better as they learn the system.”
