“House met all our needs for a quick getaway on the lake! ”

“Very happy with this property. The beach was awesome, the house was just big enough for 3 of us, the location was convenient to a lot of things. The only 'complaint' I have is there was only one hanger in the whole place. I had to buy some hangers - I left them there for the next guests. The house could use a good deep cleaning - things like the doors, the cabinets, under the beds, etc. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!”

“This is our second time staying at this condo. It's perfect! It has a dedicated boat slip, and the water is just a few steps away. The patio has two entrances, one from the master bedroom, the other from the den. It's very quiet here. Never heard our neighbors.Kitchen was well stocked. Master bed very comfortable. We did not utilize the sleeper sofa.You are really close to Harbor Point Marina and The Landing (great food and drink). Just outside the entrance to the neighborhood is a nice……

“My husband and I had such an amazing 9 days staying at John’s home on Lake Martin. The house was 5-Stars in every way. Clean, well stocked with essentials, and I loved that the light switches were labeled so we could easily find our way around. It was a few steps to the water where we sipped drinks while watching the sunset from the dock. “We enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very clean & just as advertised. Communication with owner was very good. Didn’t watch the tv but had no problems with internet. Beautiful view from back deck. Brought our pontoon boat so spent most of our time either on the water or on the back deck. Nearest public boat ramp was about 15 minutes away but was no issue at all. Very easy to find. If ever in this area again would definitely consider renting again. ”

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week-long vacation at Lake Martin. The location was perfect. Quiet with very little boat traffic. The house was clean and comfortable. And renting the pontoon boat for the week was the best. If you rent the house....strongly recommend renting the boat as well. There are lots of places to go on Lake Martin and we took the boat out every day. Would definitely go back again!”

“We had 31 people in this home. There is plenty of room for everyone!!! The kitchen was a dream kitchen to use and the eating area for everyone was amazing. We also played a card game with 18 people and the long tables worked out great. At first, we thought the configuration of the rooms was interesting. They seemed like individual "hotel" rooms but it worked out great for each of the families. You do access them from outside but it is all covered so not a problem. A cover for the dock……
