“We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent……

“We were a group of 4 rowers up from Miami. This was a modest but well-equipped cottage. Host was great, very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is nice, with most things you would need including utensils, spices, sugar and the like. Bedrooms are small, with 2 having bunk beds and sharing a bath. Baths were remodeled but when 4 sweaty athletes come back and need to shower at once before dinner, hot water ran out. It was good for our purpose, as we basically just slept there but otherwise spent……
