“I made an unfavorable post earlier because there were so many things, but I did change rooms once I got there and the 2nd room was not ready. I talked to the staff and everything was fixed immediately and I would definitely recommend staying at this place. They are kind, courteous and very close to so many things. The price is very good to. You will find yourself very comfortable here.”

“My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. ”

“An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). To our horror we found that the room had No Air-Conditioning. It was 90 degrees outside and all they had in the room was a ceiling fan. There were bugs in the room due to the heat. “Wrote to them asking for early check in around 1pm for 3pm check in, no reply. Not a problem, early check in isn’t a guarantee. Get to the property 10 mins before check in and no one is there, wait around for 30 mins, no one there, no one answering in the app, no one picking up the phone. By 340 called Vrbo who canceled my reservation around 4pm the property called asked if I left, I said I did and booked somewhere else, no apology, no reasoning, just “ok” and hung up.
