“I liked the fact that every thing you need to relax during your stay is easily accessible in few foot steps . I especially liked bonfire, BBQ , kayak/canoeing, private beach, indoor games. One thing I would like to share feedback for improvement is the door mats are not big enough for a place that , as whenever we go out and come in lot of sand/mud comes in room, they could have big good absorbable mats at the door to avoid our room getting dusty quickly, we had to clean our room multiple times.”

“Wow! This place exceeded our expectations on every level. Nat provided us with excellent communication and made us feel very welcome. The inside of the cabin was something you would expect to see in a movie! It was very warm, peaceful, and all appliances/necessities/utensils were provided.When we couldn’t get the fireplace to work the first evening, Nat has a service person in the very next morning to have it fixed.A great all-around experience.”

“Our group enjoyed our stay at Cliff Haven! Jeena was a great host, very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. The place was well stocked and had such a cozy vibe! The only issue we encountered was with one of the bunks being quite shaky and we felt it was unsafe to use.Overall a great experience and we'd definitely book Cliff Haven again!”

“My son and his friends (17-19) booked for a weekend away. Everything was as listed and they had a great weekend. There were some concerns as the previous renters voiced some concerns but everything was addressed and in good working order. The host followed up to let me know everything was done and also after the weekend to see how the boys weekend was. Overall very pleased with everything”

“We stayed at the property in late April to allow us to explore Algonquin Park for wildlife photography. The cottage was perfect; great location between Algonquin Park and Huntsville. The cottage was just as described. After one night we felt totally at home. Steve was great with communication and making sure it was easy to just relax without worrying about anything. ”

“A memorable and intimate getaway! The location is absolutely perfect – right on the water, yet just a short drive from downtown Huntsville. But honestly, once we settled in, we didn’t feel the need to go out much.
