“4 day stay ,lovely appartment”

“L’appartamento si trova di fronte al mare, è dotato di tutto il necessario (gli accessori da cucina sarebbero da sostituire). La ferma del bus e del tram è vicinissima, la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi. Risposte rapide da parte del host. Peccato, perchè il giorno della partenza ci siamo trovati in una soluzione difficile con i mezzi di trasporto per andare all’aeroporto, abbiamo chiamato, non ci é stato offerto aiuto.”

“There was no hot water for the shower. I immediately messaged the host and she brought in a tech the next day to look at it. The tech did not even check the shower temperature. He turned on the sink felt the water and said there is hot water I don’t know what you are talking about. I tried to explain but he would not listen to me, so he left. I messaged the host that he didn’t do anything and she did not respond. The next day, the water was cold again, so I messaged her and again she did not……

“This place was ideal for our family of three. It is ideally located: a stone’s throw from the beach and three tram stops from the city center. Oscar was super helpful and made sure we found our way to the condo and were comfortable during our stay.I definately recommend this place!”

“Appartement bien situé, près des place et du tramway. Piscine dans la residence bien entretenue, jeux pour enfants. Bonne literie. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais il semble qu'elle soit bien équipée. Par contre il n etait pas stipulé dans l annonce que l appartement ne procédait pas de volets donc tres difficile de dormir et de rafraichir l appartement(vu qu il n'y a de clim). L appartement a besoin d'un bon nettoyage (blattes) et d'être rafraichit. Place de parking non nominative……

“The apartment had everything we needed and was in good location. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Balcony was pleasant area to sit especially to have breakfast and also to sit on of an evening. Was within easy walking distance to the beach and Old Town but also on good bus route, both from the airport and to the front and Old Town. Host left information at the apartment regarding the buses. Decent supermarkets nearby, as well as cafes and bars. Good communication……

“Location is everything about this 3rd floor flat. Located in the heart of the Old Town, you are never more than 5 minutes walk from the main attractions. The property is smaller than I envisaged and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are very small. Communication with Maritza, property manager was excellent. If you plan to be out and about then this property is good...but if you staying in alot, then it is basic and small.”

“Ça vend du rêve, mais au final ce n’est pas ce qui était prévu. Arrivé sur place, on nous envoi dans un autre logement (alors que j’avais payé pour celui-ci, l’appartement n’a rien à voir avec ce qui était affiché… payé trop cher pour ce que j’ai eu) et il n’y avait même pas quoi cuisiner, juste un micro-ondes Ce genre d’annonce alléchante est à fuir. De plus le nom de l’hôte, n’est pas du tout celui de la personne a qui on a eu à faire…”

“The property has everything you need, like home from home. It is also very quiet. A shop, restaurants and bars, the beach and promenade are less than 100 metres away. The beach has lifeguards and plenty for children to enjoy.”
