“The hotel is very centrally located and check in was easy. I checked in after hours (the front desk is only open for certain hours) so plan ahead of time and it’s stress free. The directions they provide are very straight forward and accurate. The room had huge windows and internal shutters that blocked out light and helped to block out some of the street noise. As this is a very central location do expect some noise. We happened to be there when the entire city was celebrating a holiday near……

“TV never worked. Dirty blankets. Smelling bathrooms. Dificult taking showers with Sensor lights going off every 5 seconds.”

“Wow! This resort was incredible. Right from the moment we walk in we were asked if we'd like tea, coffee or water. The room was stunning and spacious and had a little balcony. The rooftop patio was beautiful and amazing as well. The view from the rooftop was of the castle also. Everything was fantastic ”

“Good family space to stay in Alicant.”

“A moderate noise is expected as the building is located next to the Main Street. However, there is non stop noises sounds like an automatic door or lift coming from the ceiling and the wall every night. And dragging furniture noises until 3am on the weekday. 5am on the weekends. If you are sensitive with those noise just avoid this hostel at all cost. If you’re fine with the noise. It’s all good. ”

“Mi familia y yo pasamos dos días fantásticos en el hotel. Los detalles extra como el agua con Limón bien fría , café y frutas disponibles y gratis las 24 horas me pareció un gran detalle. La cercanía a diferentes puntos de interés en Alicante es una gran ventaja”

“We stayed for 5 nights and it was really enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was brilliant in the room. There is a spar supermarket across the road and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus stop where there’s buses every 15/20 minutes to bring you into the centre and it takes about 15 minutes on the bus. The staff in the hotel were very friendly. We didn’t include breakfast but we did enquire one morning and it was €19 per person which……
