“Absolutely loved this hotel for so many reasons. It was very comfortable bed and room overall was nice. Appreciated the a/c especially. I couldn't get the coffee maker to work after the first time but it could be user error due to no instructions. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the city yet situated in a quiet side street only 6-10 minute walk to various areas and plenty of shopping, food/dining options around. “First, impolite front desk staff refuse to answer and rude. I held a T-10 transport ticket to show her and ask " Can I use this ticket for the bus?" . She replied me "We are not selling this, we are not ParkNShop". Ok fine. She doesn't even understand my question so i just repeat my question. You know what? She just head down and pretend not hearing my girlfriend and me. Seriously? Do you know what service and polite are. She never speaks to us afterwards ,not even tell us to wait a minute.……

“It’s 20 minutes away from the city. However the WiFi here is SO weak, I even cannot see the pictures from Facebook. It said free WiFi when I book this hotel, but when I connected to the internet in hotel, it said only limited WiFi available.”

“It's a modern design hotel, with everything you need. Super comfortable bed, fast wifi. Service is great, helpful. Free mini bar. There isn't gym, but in less than 5 min you have the big park for jog. It's even better sports outside with view to enjoy. Many restaurants by walking distance. Sight seeing also close by walk. A hotel must try, won't regret!”

“Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.”
