“Ik verbleef voor de vierde keer een week hier in januari. Voordeel is het (kleine) verwarmde binnenzwembad. De (bad-)kamers zijn ruim, groot bed, balkon. Zeer goed ontbijt. Enige nadeel vind ik het avondentertainment, dat geluidsnivo is veels te hard afgesteld”

“Het hotel ligt perfect ten opzichte van het oude centrum, de winkels, restaurants en het strand. Op zaterdag is er een kleine markt met streekproducten nagenoeg om de hoek. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en hadden een heerlijk ruime kamer. Oké, deze had misschien niet de meest hippe inrichting, maar het voldeed allemaal prima. Op verzoek kregen we extra kussens. Het enige minpunt is de gehorigheid. We konden gesprekken letterlijk meeluisteren. De eerste avond……

“I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa……

“We booked a holiday originally at another hotel which was awful and dirty. The Port Benidorm was absolutely lovely. Very clean, beautiful room. The food was great and plenty of choices. Friendly, helpful staff. The spa is also fantastic.”
