“Mara boutique apartments is in an excellent position between old town and the strip. Easily walkable to both. The apartment was a 4 bed, sea view and was perfect for our requirements. There was plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby to choose from. No noise issues at all. Communication was excellent and the apartment was well equiped. Plenty of towels provided for our use. We would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends. Hopefully, will will have a stay at mara boutique……

“旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。”

“It was a delightful stay, apartment/room came complete with a fully equipped kitchen; refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and more. It felt like a cozy home away from home. However, the balcony terraces are not particularly private unless you’re staying on the highest floor. The only downside was that one of the central heating radiators was constantly on full blast, and there was no way to turn it down or off. It was quite hot for us, especially since we’re from the UK, but……

“Prima accomodatie, netjes. Grote pluspunt is het verwarmde buitenzwembad. Let op, zeezicht is niet altijd aan de voorkant van het appartement. Het kan ook aan de zijkant zijn (zij zeezicht). Housekeeping komt één keer per vier dagen, maar extra handdoeken zijn altijd beschikbaar. De receptie is 24 uur per dag beschikbaar en de afgesloten parkeergarage was prima. Één straat verderop is een supermarkt, een auto is een must. Fijne vakantie gehad bij Blue Line ”

“The entrance and exit to the car park is terrible. The car slipped going up the hill and coming down was awful.”

“Perus hyvä ja siisti hotelli, ruoka ei ihmeellistä, mutta aina jotain hyvää löytyi. Syömään kun menee rauhassa pöytään ja tilaa juomat ensin niin homma toimii. Vähän kun tippaa nii saa ystävällistä palvelua. Hotellin sijainti hyvä jos tykkää lenkkeillä vuoristo katuja/polkuja”

“I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa……
