“Excellent location. Didn’t like the glass walled bathroom in the room - no privacy! TV is difficult to set up too.”

“Booked a room months before staying . Asked for a balcony , didn’t get . Very frustrated to have to pay extra for the safe , AND the mini fridge . The cleaner thought it was acceptable to enter the room at 8am ! On Two occasions !! After having a very loud conversation outside the room !!! Not really acceptable . The price should include all services ( fridge and safe - put the price up if you need to ) Honour the request by the traveller or tell them it’s occupied at the time of booking ! Will……

“The 2 members of staff on reception were fantastic (special thanks to Jake) However, we were disappointed with the room. Although it was perfectly clean, it was much smaller than I had expected from the photos, on which I based my choice of hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast buffet was excellent, as were all the members of staff we encountered.”

“A gem of a hotel in Benidorm. Food cleanliness staff you name it it was great. Stayed before and it never disappoints. Reception staff were fantastic well clued up and resolve any issues immediately. Food quality exceptional. All diners in the evening had made a real effort and looked lovely.”

Localización muy conveniente para caminar a restaurantes, comercios y a la playa. La zona del Spa limpísima y muy bien equipada. “Wonderful front staff and management. No complaints there at all. Only an issue with the shower drainage (it did not drain and the floor stayed saturated and flooded). Once reported, the maintenance tried to say it was user error but I have stayed in a different unit before with no problem. I hope it gets resolved.”

“Un superbe endroit.des appartements avec une vue a couper le souffle. Dommage que terrasse ne soit pas plus grande et que baies vitrees soient de guingua et se ferme approximativement. Pas facile de se garer a part si vous payez 12 euros par jour. Passer cependant une super semaine.”
