“It was close to the marina for great food options. Everything was walkable. The hotel was clean and it had fantastic amenities, especially for the kids”

“This is a lovely tranquil oasis outside of town. I enjoyed it very much, but they need to pay a bit more attention to maintenance. The jets in my tub did not work, the wooden roll up shade on the door out to my patio would not roll up all the way, my patio had not been swept, and I could only take a bath, not a shower, because the handle on the shower fixture was broken.”

“Schönes Hotel, besonders Pool und Aussenbereich. Für den Preis und 4 Sterne hätte man auch Fläschchen Wasser gratis erwartet. Auch ein Wasserkocher wäre schön gewesen anstatt Bügelbrett.”

“One night stay half board - nice large room 15th floor - bathroom was fine would benefit from modernisation, nice view over pool and city. Evening meal buffet as you would expect from 3* or 4* but mainly hot which was good. Good English breakfast buffet plus continental etc. all staff friendly and helpful. Good location for us away from Benidorm strip but close to shops entertainment and restaurants ”

“Love this hotel staff are so friendly & roll go the extra mile for any request. We always to upgrade SELECT room which gives you access to beautiful lounge premium drinks & outside sun terrace area. Pleased to say the Cabana beds have had mattresses replaced. Entertainment good food great selection for a buffet there’s lots of choice & outside by pool snack bar food is cooked to order ”

“This property was beautiful and the area was beautiful. We would definitely come back. We loved the view from our room. I would rate the property as a 5 star. The only things I would say that differs from most 5 stars we have stayed is your luggage being taken to your room for you. Really small detail but is a above and beyond service you expect from 5 star”
